Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 June 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Cadence. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Cadence provides tools to generate, review, schedule, and publish social media content. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cadence to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rules of the platforms you connect. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for holding the rights to any material you upload.
AI-generated content
Generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published — Cadence requires explicit approval before anything is posted. We make no warranty that generated content is fit for a particular purpose.
Plans, billing, and quotas
Paid plans and add-ons are billed in the currency shown at checkout via our payment processors. Plan quotas reset each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
Publishing and payments rely on third parties (e.g. Zernio, Paystack, Stripe) and on the social platforms you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using Cadence at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
