White-label brands the dashboard. It does not touch the work.
Every white-label tool brands the calendar and leaves the making on your payroll. You can put your logo on the dashboard in an afternoon. The posts still have to be written, designed and filmed by someone you pay.
The industry puts that at 15 to 20 hours per client, per month. It is the line item that does not fall as your client list grows, which is why growth has always meant hiring. Threadovo takes that step, not the branding.

Delete any draft to veto it. Nothing is placed before the deadline.
A deadline, in writing
You get the week by email, with a date on it.
Delete is how you say no
Delete a draft and it never runs.
A weekly budget it cannot exceed
It spends up to a cap you set, then stops.
What it costs, per client
Agency is ₦265,000 a month for 8 client workspaces and 15 connected accounts. Past those, each extra workspace is ₦13,000 and each extra connected account ₦11,000 a month. The table includes them, so every row is the bill you would actually see.
Assumes one workspace per client and 2 networks per client (Instagram and TikTok for the same brand are two connected accounts). One network per client would come out cheaper; more would cost more.
| Clients (workspaces) | Add-ons needed | Monthly bill | Per client | Production hours a month | As a full-time role |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | none | ₦265,000 | ₦88,333 | 45 to 60 | 0.3× |
| 6 | none | ₦265,000 | ₦44,167 | 90 to 120 | 0.6× |
| 10 | 2 workspaces + 5 accounts | ₦346,000 | ₦34,600 | 150 to 200 | 1.0× |
| 15 | 7 workspaces + 15 accounts | ₦521,000 | ₦34,733 | 225 to 300 | 1.5× |
Production hours: 15 to 20 hours per client, per month, per Enrich Labs, white-label social media industry guide, 2026. A full-time month is taken as 173 hours.
Credits are not the constraint here. 15 clients posting 5 times a week for 4 weeks, each post a caption and an image, is about 3,300 of the 10,000 credits the plan includes. Workspaces and connected accounts run out first, which is why they are the rows above. Video changes that sum, and the pricing page shows what it costs.
The honest version of this sum: agencies typically keep tooling under about 5% of retainer revenue (Sydium, Apr 2026), and against ten Nigerian clients on typical retainers this plan is well above that line. If you are budgeting Threadovo as a tool, it will look expensive, and you will be right.
It is not a tool line. At ten clients it stands in for 150 to 200 hours a month of content production, which is most of a full-time role. That is the budget it comes out of, and it is the only comparison in which the price is obviously cheap. What that person costs you is a number we do not have, so we are not going to finish the sum on your behalf. You already know it.
Where the limits actually are
Agency includes 15 connected accounts and 15 seats. Both are hard caps. Extra accounts and seats are add-ons that renew alongside your plan, priced per month of your term.
Client reviewers never need a seat: they approve by share link, with each post previewed as it will appear on its network and a comment thread for changes. So the seat count is your team, not your client list. Some competitors do market unlimited users with no per-seat fee, and if seats are your binding constraint that is a real difference in their favour. We say so on the comparison page too.
How a client week runs
Every white-label tool brands the dashboard and leaves content production on your payroll. Threadovo takes the production.
A workspace per client
Separate brand kit, separate voice, separate approvals, separate calendar. One dashboard, and nothing bleeds between clients.
Autopilot on the accounts that can take it
Run the steady clients on Autopilot and hand-tune the ones that need you. It drafts, emails you the week with a deadline, and publishes what you have not deleted.
Clients approve without a login
A share link, a preview of each post as it will appear on its network, and a comment thread. No seat, no onboarding, no password reset at 9pm.
Leads for the client, found while you sleep
Each workspace listens for its brand, its topics and its rivals across ten networks every night. The AI reads every mention and puts the buyers on that client’s lead list with a first message drafted in their voice, which is a line item you can show in the Monday report.
Which plan you want
Agency: 15 connected accounts, 8 workspaces and 15 seats. Every plan runs the whole product, so what you are buying here is room for a client list, not a feature unlock. The seat count is a real cap and this page says where it sits.
Billing and account access
Your price is your price
Almost every tool in your stack bills in dollars, so the rate moves and your costs move with it, usually in the middle of a retainer you have already quoted. Threadovo is priced in naira and charged in naira through Paystack. When the rate moves, your invoice does not.
One currency, one processor, one number on the invoice. There is no dollar price to convert from and no rate to check before you can work out what you are paying.
What you are handing over
Connecting an account lets Threadovo publish to it and read back how the posts did. Nothing else. Your passwords never reach us: you sign in with the network itself, and the access it returns is encrypted before we store it. Only people you invite to that workspace can use it. Disconnect an account, or cancel, and the permission ends.
