Why only two things are counted
Almost everything in this product costs us nothing to give you a second copy of, so we do not count it. Two things are different, and they are the two the plans are built around.
Connected accounts
Every account you connect costs us a monthly fee whether you post to it or not. That is why accounts are counted, and it is the number that separates the tiers most.
AI-generated footage
Video generated from nothing is billed to us by the second, and one long clip can cost more than a month of Starter. So it is billed to you by the second too, at 50 credits, and shown to you before it is spent.

When the plan is the right shape but the wrong size
Add what you are short of instead of jumping a tier for one number. Capacity add-ons renew alongside your plan, so a renewal is one charge covering both.

Two things we would rather you heard from us
Seats are a hard cap
Agency includes 15 seats and 15 connected accounts. Not a soft limit. Extra seats and accounts are add-ons that renew alongside your plan. Some competitors market unlimited users with no per-seat fee, and if seats are your binding constraint that is a real difference in their favour.
Worth knowing before you count: clients who only review and approve never need a seat. They work from a share link.
The arithmetic for an agencyThere is no free tier
A trial, but not a permanent free plan. One AI video can cost more to produce than a month of Starter, so a free tier would have to be either too crippled to judge us on or too expensive to keep open. Neither is a good deal for you.
What you get instead is 14 days with 150 credits and no card, which is enough to run the whole loop and judge the output on your own brand.

Your price is your price
Almost every tool in your stack bills in dollars, so the rate moves and your costs move with it, usually in the middle of a retainer you have already quoted. Threadovo is priced in naira and charged in naira through Paystack. When the rate moves, your invoice does not.
One currency, one processor, one number on the invoice. There is no dollar price to convert from and no rate to check before you can work out what you are paying.
What you are handing over
Connecting an account lets Threadovo publish to it and read back how the posts did. Nothing else. Your passwords never reach us: you sign in with the network itself, and the access it returns is encrypted before we store it. Only people you invite to that workspace can use it. Disconnect an account, or cancel, and the permission ends.

The only things that change between tiers are credits, connected accounts, workspaces and seats. We would rather you outgrew a plan by using it than by hitting a wall we built.
