the full spec

It decides what to say, makes it, and gets it out on time.

Most tools start at the calendar, which assumes the post already exists. Threadovo starts a step earlier: a strategist that researches your market, draws the strategy on a map you edit together, and keeps what it learned, so the week arrives with something already on it. And it ends a step later, with the week written up every Monday. Everything here shares one credit balance, one brand kit, and one rule — nothing publishes without you.

generated in the loop

the step before everything

Every other AI forgets you between chats.

Point the strategist at your market once and it does the reading: who you are actually talking to, what they already see from everyone else, and where the gaps are. That brief is saved to your workspace, not thrown away with the conversation.

Every plan it draws afterwards is built on it, so you are never re-explaining your business to a blank prompt box. And because you can read what it believes, you can correct it when it is wrong.

  • It shows its working

The brief records what it actually read, with links. You can check a claim about your market instead of taking it on faith, which is the difference between research and a confident guess.

  • It knows what week it is where you are

Public holidays resolve to your own country, and trends are tracked per market. A plan for a Nigerian brand is built around the Nigerian calendar, not an American one.

  • You can argue with it

Its understanding of your positioning, audience and competitors is written down and editable. When it has you wrong, you fix the brief once rather than correcting every caption forever.

the plan, as a picture

It draws the strategy while it thinks. You redraw it.

As the strategist researches, it sketches what it learns onto a live map: the goal, the pillars under it, the competitors and trends it found, the ideas that follow. Nodes land one by one, mid-conversation, so you watch the thinking rather than reading a summary of it.

The map is yours as much as its. Drag a branch under a different pillar, rename a node, write a description, accept a branch to green-light it or delete one to veto it. The strategist opens its next turn knowing what you changed, and Autopilot builds the week on the branches you accepted.

  • Every node says where it came from

A competitor or trend node carries the source it rests on, so a claim on the map is one click from the page that made it.

  • Statuses carry the negotiation

Proposed is the strategist’s. Accepted and doing are yours. Proved and disproved are the numbers speaking, once an experiment has run. Dropped is dead, and never comes back.

  • It steers Autopilot

When Autopilot plans a week it reads the map: accepted branches get the effort, dropped ones become constraints. Editing the map is how you brief it without a meeting.

the week, written up

Every Monday, a report your client would actually read.

Analytics tells you the numbers. The report tells you what they mean: what performed, what the week proved or disproved, what Autopilot did, and what to try next, written like an account manager would write it.

Every figure is computed from your own connected accounts and the charts are drawn from those figures; the AI writes only the reading. The strategy map is included as it stands. One click exports it to Google Docs or a PDF, in your colours, ready to send.

  • Numbers first, words second

Posts, engagement, impressions, followers per account and the change against the previous week are computed on the server before a word is written. The model never invents a figure; it reads them.

  • Charts drawn from the same figures

This week beside last, engagement by day, followers by account, top posts, and the strategy map as it stands — the same pictures in the app, the Doc and the PDF.

  • Built to be sent

Export to a native Google Doc in your Drive or download a PDF, both in the report’s own type and colours. For an agency, this is the Monday client email, already written.

the conversations that never tag you

It hears the whole market, then tells you who to talk to.

Name your brand, a product or two and the rivals you watch. Every night Threadovo searches ten networks for them and brings back the tweet asking who delivers, the post complaining about the café next door, the review nobody answered.

Then the AI reads every one of them. The buyers and the rivals’ unhappy customers land on your lead list with a first message already written in your voice; the praise comes with a thank-you that asks permission to share it; the questions become posts. You copy, you send. It never replies for you.

  • Ten networks, every night

Brand, products, the topics customers ask about and the rivals you name, searched across TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, forums and the news. Your Google and Facebook reviews land in the same feed, with the unanswered ones counted.

  • Every mention read, not counted

After each sweep the AI reads what it found and says what each post is for: looking to buy, unhappy with a rival, praise, a question, or noise. You open on the ones worth a person, surest first, with the reason in one line.

  • The buyer arrives with the reply written

The surest buyers and switchers go straight to your lead list with a first message drafted in your voice, and the same columns flow to the Google Sheet your leads mirror to. You copy it and send it yourself. Threadovo never replies to a stranger on your behalf.

  • It knows what to listen for

From your brand kit and market it suggests the phrases a customer would actually type, with the place in them, and the rivals already on your strategy map. The strategist and Autopilot read the same feed, so a question that keeps coming up becomes a post.

Decide what to say

Research your market once, then work against that understanding every week after. The calendar arrives with something already on it.

Autopilot

Off unless you switch it on, per workspace, and the only part of Threadovo that can act without a click. Turn it on and the strategist drafts a week of posts, places them in your slots, and emails you a digest naming a deadline. Delete a draft and it never goes out — deleting is how you say no. Whatever is still standing when the deadline passes gets scheduled, and every slot is placed after the deadline, so nothing can publish before you had your full window. It can never spend more than the weekly credit budget you set, it only makes as many videos a week as you allow (none, unless you say so), and if it is unsure it leaves you drafts and an email explaining why. Two failed runs in a row and it stops and tells you. Pause it whenever you like; pausing mid-week cancels that batch.

Leads

When someone comments asking your price or where to buy, save them from Engage in one press. The comment travels with them, so a week later you still know what they actually wanted. Move each one through new, qualified, replied, won or lost, and keep your own notes against them. It is a working list rather than a CRM, and it is not a trap: export the whole thing to CSV or Excel whenever you like, or connect Google Sheets and Threadovo keeps a live copy there for whoever else needs to see it.

Credits & billing

Everything spends from a single credit balance shared across your whole account, not trapped per workspace. Priced and charged in naira through Paystack, so your invoice does not move with the exchange rate. AI-generated footage is billed per second rather than at a flat rate, because it is the one thing that costs real money to produce and we would rather price it honestly than bury it.

Make the work

Captions, images, carousels and video, generated in your brand voice and sized for the network they are going to. This is the step every other tool leaves to you.

Content studio

Describe the post. The studio returns an image, a short video, or a caption, already sized for the platform you are aiming at and written in the voice from your brand kit. Drop in a reference image when you want it to match something specific. Models sit behind a provider abstraction, so the engine underneath can be swapped as quality and price move without you noticing.

Composer

The composer is where a post becomes several. Each platform gets its own variant with its own caption and crop; you edit each one, or have it written for you in your brand voice, then approve. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is published until it has your sign-off — there is deliberately no auto-generate-and-post path.

Brand kit

Give Threadovo your website and it reads it — your palette, your tone, the words you actually use. Every caption, design and script generated afterwards is grounded in that kit, which is why output stops sounding like generic AI copy after the first day.

What holds it together

The parts you only notice when a tool gets them wrong.

Always the best models
Your images, video and captions come from the strongest AI models available, and we move to better ones as they arrive. You get the upgrade automatically, without changing a setting or paying more.
Nothing posts without you
AI output never reaches your audience unread. You see every version of every post and approve it yourself. The one way to loosen that is Autopilot, which you switch on per workspace — and even then it emails you a deadline first and only proceeds through your silence.
It posts on time
Your posts go out at the minute you picked, whether or not your laptop is open or your browser tab is closed.
It never posts twice
If the connection drops halfway through posting, Threadovo works out what actually went out and finishes the job. It cannot accidentally publish the same thing twice.
You see what failed, and why
If a post went out on Instagram but failed on LinkedIn, you are told exactly that — and you can retry just the one that failed instead of redoing the whole post.
You hear about broken connections first
Threadovo keeps checking that each connected account still works, so you find out one needs reconnecting from us — not from a post that quietly never went out.
Your logins stay private
Threadovo never sees or stores your social media passwords, and the access it does hold is encrypted and never sent to your browser.
Clients never see each other
Each client lives in their own space. Running five from one account carries no risk of one seeing another’s posts, drafts or numbers.

Questions people ask

  • Yes. Threadovo runs the full management loop: connect Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest, plan a content calendar, approve every post, publish on schedule, track results and reply to comments. Where it differs from most social media managers is that it also creates the content — captions, images and video in your brand voice — instead of expecting you to bring posts made in other tools.

See it run on your own content

Fourteen days, no card. 150 credits and one connected account — enough to take a real post all the way through the loop.
